Planning & Budgeting
• Service in monitoring the spends of the annual marketing budget
• Service in keeping funds handles on the assigned marketing budget
• Conduct monthly/quarterly funds vs used reviews to guarantee the funds is being used and assigned effectively.
• Guide the State Supervisor - Property Marketing and advertising and marketing in preparing the Marketing and advertising and marketing Calendar
• Guide in implementing all planned thematic and specific actions in sticking with to the Marketing and advertising and marketing Calendar
Marketing Execution
• Service in building and enhancing the model Graphic of the concepts in series with its objectives
• Handle advertising and marketing creatives for the territory ensuring model photograph is kept consistent within Middle East specifications. Creatives include magazine and newspaper advertising, billboard images, stereo programs and SMS.
• Handle all in-store creatives which include commonly used, temporary, promotional and revenue POS
• Operate alongside the Marketing and advertising and marketing Supervisor to approve all Press plans and purchasing for both model and specific campaigns for Ads, outdoor and radio
• Cooperate with the Visual Developer in dealing with the entire screen process - getting manufacturers and examples, finishing proportion for all shops across territory
• Guide Visual Developer in company and source management - granting examples, reducing cost, new substance development etc
• Collate competitive analysis on screen schemes, season starts, revenue, deals and offers
• Help review the potency of advertising deals and take psychological actions
• Handle the of ads, which include brochures, images and brochures - writing and proof-reading copy, and liaising with designers and printers
• Service in suggesting full price shop deals in assessment with Retail Operations/ Strategy Marketing
• Ensure sticking with to Strategy model / Product Principal suggestions by conducting common full price shop model audits
• Prepare the LPOs (job orders) for the same and keeping a per month up-date to the 'spend vs. budget'
Marketing Co-ordination
• Match with Strategy managers per month, to understand and meet their specifications of signage’s, POS elements, display is etc and guarantee reliability in creatives, advertising and marketing, deals and events
• Match all marketing activity which include strategy, in-store graphics, windows, start event and PR for full price shop launches
• Match with the Stores for the following:
o POS Requirements for the start of Marketing and advertising and marketing Promotions
