HDI Youth Marketeers is a specialist youth marketing company that makes brands relevant and cool for kids, teens and young adults a.k.a. the most exciting target audience in marketing. Requirements
Responsibilities include:> Basic research instrument design
> Methodology and sample design
> Overseeing research process and assisting with annual studies
> Writing discussion guides and analysis specs
> Compiling research feedback reports
Requirements:
> Relevant research degree
> Minimum of three years experience in a related field: marketing, advertising, media
> Matric-level Maths
> Hands-on qualitative (and quantitative) research experience
> A fresh thinker who is inquisitive with a passion for developing actionable, insight-led strategic recommendations
> Attention-to-detail
> Moderating and hands-on involvement in focus groups and field-work
> Analysing and merging qualitative research
> Development of proposals and presentations
> Willingness to learn
