• As a member of a Venture Team telling and providing ideal knowledge and Expert experience to aid to the Venture to enable the:
• Repair and shipping of the stated income and margins
• Business of effective and regular change management methods on the Project/Area to ensure that appropriate Plan Price changes are recognized and decided with the Client
• Recognize and working out of appropriate risk and opportunity considerations and their active management
• Delivery of regular value and price coverage, as necessary for Business Unit and Venture management and review
• Repair of spending budget systems for showing to clients (where required)
• Recognition and rendering of process and/or overall performance changes.
• To provide professional focus, personality and authority to the Expert Function within the project or Business Region regular with Group wide expectations and objectives
