Reporting to the Director General, the incumbent will monitor and report on the progress of business units, improve the functioning of the systems, processes and policies to support the mission of the organizations in particular, support for a management report The flow of information and management, business processes and organizational planning function, play and important role in long-term planning, including a goal-oriented initiative to review operational excellence, operational units and meeting with the CEO about tax planning.
The applicant must have a master's or equivalent degree from a renowned university with atleast 10 years of experience, must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, participatory management style, and have the opportunity to challenge and debate issues of importance for the organization and see situations from different points of view.
