The supervision of the Chief Procurement Officer, the incumbent will be responsible for the preparation of annual procurement plans, helping all units to procure goods and services, providing technical assistance to grantees to purchase goods and services, as indicated donor , assist in the preparation of bidding documents for national grantees to purchase goods and services in accordance with established procedures, obtaining donor does not object to the call reporting the evaluation of tenders and contracts, obtaining procurement plans of recipient organizations and completion of approved goods markets to obtain lists of contract, maintain and update the record beneficiary organizations and periodic field visits to recipient organizations.
The position also requires good communication and IT skills with a strong sense of teamwork and customer focus. Candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience and a master's degree in public administration, business administration or accounting (disciplines) from a recognized university and taken into account.
