Reporting to the CEO, the responsibility rests selected to manage the portfolio of loans and micro-credit organization, evaluate and recommend proposals for funding, to understand the dynamics of the base community development effectively the interface with the multilateral development agencies and bilateral business and capital issues in the design and implementation of sound micro-finance programs. The position also requires highly developed analytical skills and negotiation.
Applicants with a Master's degree in Business Administration / Finance / Economics or a qualified APA (disciplines) with at least 10 years of experience in growth-oriented organizations and based on the value, credit, micro-finance and risk management is considered.
