Reporting to the Head of the social and institutional development, the incumbent will be responsible for implementing and monitoring a strategic long-term plan for the unit of health, education and disability, evaluation of proposals received from partner organizations education and health financing, planning, development and implementation of competitive education and health plans at work / programs to support the achievement of business strategies and objectives at the country level, interface with donor agencies and other national objectives / international as quarterly / annually.
Applicants must be from MBA / Social Sciences / Economics (discipline) from a reputable universities take at least 10 years of experience and able to independently run units, should have excellent interpersonal, communication skills and the ability to organize and motivate others with strong planning and negotiation skills.
