Job Description
Ogilvy Interactive (by Ogilvy Cape Town) is open to the Digital Producer. You will be leading a team of producer and CEO of the workflow process and study, but like working for big brands.
You will have overall responsibility for the development, production and maintenance of digital projects, ensuring that updates and changes in client websites and other digital media are on time, budget and brief.
Personnel Management:
• Manage day to day activities of the Digital Studio Creative team to ensure the accuracy, compliance processes and agreed budget.
• Continue to review and develop internal and external teams, skills and abilities.
• Assign and manage the distribution of work across the team, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget.
• Establish standards and processes for digital equipment to ensure effective integration with the current study of creative work
• Implement and monitor quality control process.
• ongoing evaluation of systems and processes for maximum performance and delivery of non-profit digital team.
Project Management:
• scope, schedule and manage production of all digital studio projects in terms of time, performance and functional specifications
• Develop budgets, estimates and proposals in response to customer information, ensuring that all expenditures have been approved and the process followed
• Create, manage and report against the project / program status report
• Ensure projects are implemented in accordance with the requirements and specifications to continuously monitor the work of precision and functionality
• Addressing the challenges of the project, design and development before they impact the delivery schedule or budget
• Planning and design studio as part of the short-need (through traffic manager) to ensure the study of the briefing process.
• Ensure that all creative works are reviewed in accordance with the review process prior to submitting creative for the client and any necessary changes to the design approval after a new audit process
• coordinate with agency partners, and online brand management to ensure the supply of goods (photography, copy and design), the production program
• Work with digital editor to ensure the provision of detailed information on dates and times
• the need to coordinate the catalog through the Creative Studio
• Participates in all meetings with clients, presentation conference to strengthen all operating points.
• Maintain an overview of all work in progress, keeping senior management informed of all the problems and recommend solutions.
Expenditure on:
• An accurate assessment of the client's work to meet the financial goals and objectives (experience preferred Chase)
• Ensure that projects are completed within budget, on time and meet margin targets.
• ensure accurate and timely billing and cost to the contract with customers and in line with the monthly billing period
• Dealing with corrections lyricist and provides customers with daily updates on the status of project, where the writer is levied on additional courses
• Maintain specific expenditure / disbursement records against labor.
Customer Connection:
• Build effective relationships with our customers, acting as a central point of contact for client relationships in many projects
• Maintain knowledge of trends and marketing products and current knowledge of the communication mix.
Requirements
• Three years of relevant studies / diploma
• at least three years of experience in Digital Producer / Project Manager Interactive
• Agency Experience Preferred
• Passion for digital communications
• Excellent project management skills - proven ability to own projects from start to finish
• Ability to multitask in a fast and high stress
• a strong team
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Good knowledge of software, tools, techniques and formats used in digital projects (with experience in MS Project)
• expertise in Excel
• Good knowledge of technical front and back end web technologies
• Experience in providing site based on social media campaigns and
• clear understanding and experience of the life cycle of content and content management systems and process
• Strong vocabulary of digital technology
• a strong understanding of marketing principles and requirements and their relationship with the user experience
• Strong desire to keep up with new technologies
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Ability to inspire, communicate and collaborate with colleagues and partner agencies
