Manager Human and Institutional Development
Reporting to Director of Human Development and Institutional-General, the incumbent will be responsible for developing the annual work plans, evaluation and strategic review to facilitate baseline and other related surveys and studies in the region. Manage the portfolio with respect to timely payment of grants for capacity building, periodic reviews, monitoring and reporting, development of proposals to cooperate with existing programs and local initiatives in the respective regions in accordance with approved guidelines for cooperation the establishment of cooperative relationships between the institutions of research and development / agencies and capacity building organization, review and monitor particularly suitable and efficient capacity utilization of grants.
Candidates for the Master of Social Sciences or related disciplines with atleast 5 years of work experience, preferably in national or international development organizations may apply. This task requires expertise in co-management and strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
