This position will require frequent adaptation to changing business processes and develop new business opportunities through ensuring right relation with key customers furthermore, to ensure that all company products and services meet the highest standards and that the company lives up to its credo of "delivering services with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:   
-Manage all the client portfolio within Global Customer Services including Nordic and Asia Region
-Conduct Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly performance Audits with International Customers and Service Delivery teams
-Develop and maintain high level of customer trust and ensure healthy relation with all the key stake holders within client portfolio
-Conduct surveys of clients to gauge client satisfaction
-Maintain and update client accounts as required
-Maintain and update Client Services business intelligence reports
-Answer client phone calls and emails
-Conduct complete Research and development to explore new business prepositions within Group
-Perform other tasks as may be decided by management
