A government is looking for highly motivated and competent experienced persons for following posts on merit at its Head Office Quetta.
The appointment shall be made on contract for two years that may be extendable on efficient and satisfactory performance.

Company Secretary Grade-X
    MVA/M.A/M.Sc/M.Com, or equivalent from a recognized university and LL.B. will be considered as an additional qualification.
    Should have at least 10-15 years experience in organizing, meeting for BoD and for shareholders.
    To prepare minutes agenda notices proxies for taking minutes of Board meeting and annual General Meetings (AGMs).
    Well acquainted with provision of companies ordinance and other legal requirements, in this regard knowledge of financial management, accounting and tax implication of proposed policies and corporate governance.
    Maintenance of statutory books, report writing and decision convey to stakeholders, maintenance of register of stakeholders.
    Dealing with regulator lawyer and auditors.
    Age Maximum 35-45 years.
