This new position will support the foundation’s learning about public finance in Africa and India, providing analysis and advice on: the design and administration of tax policy as well as legal, institutional and regulatory frameworks for public financial management;. Budget preparation, including forecasting, classification, medium-term frameworks and performance-oriented budgeting: budget execution, including expenditure controls and fiscal reporting, including government financial accounting and audits.
