This role will serve as a foundation leader on development assistance trends and policy, providing; expert analytic capacity to help the foundation better understand the definitions, data, and trends in official Development assistance: deep program and policy knowledge to advise the foundation on effective aid models within and beyond our sectors of work; and innovative approaches to defining aid effectiveness and partnering with established and emerging donors in this space.
