MBA (Finance), CA, ICMA, M.Com M.A in Economics or equivalent with 12 years working experience in a government /semi-government or any reputed institution / University, on grade 17 or above or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounts and Audit.
Note: the director Accounts shall hold office for 3 years (renewable)
