A reputable organization requires the services of a Project Manager for managing/ Coordinating the construction of a Multi Storey building at Islamabad.
Qualification and Experience:
The incumbent should be B.Sc (Civil Engineering) from reputable local/ foreign University M.Sc (Civil Engineering) will be an added plus. An overall fifteen (15) years experience with reputable national / international consulting/ construction companies is required, out of which at least 5 years should be in construction of multi-storey buildings, major part of experience should be in a position as a team leader responsible for quality and progress of work. Experience in evaluation of engineering proposals and skills in contract negotiations and contract administration are also desirable. The candidate is expected to be proficient in computer use.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring and coordination/liaison with the project consultant for, supervision of construction activities, quality and timely completion of project. Verification of works and related assignments. Prepare independent progress reports about the project activities covering quantity and quality of work for submission to employer.
