Attend meetings with financial institution officials on the visit
- Visit of financial institutions inside and outside of Qatar
- Coordination with the borrower to the structure of all relevant documents, such as: first term sheets, briefing note issued mandate letters to the borrower, the borrower's consent.
- Preparation of credit applications for discharge.
- Coordinate with CAD
- Coordinate the way place for the road shows, meetings, etc.
- Distribute invite them to the main transaction, distribute instant messages for a response / commitment of potential participants, obtaining financial closure
- Source purchasers of sales offers and coordinates the secondary market until the end CAD
- Staff training and support subordinates while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
