Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
•Generate new and repeat sales by providing product. Technical and commercial information in a timely manner.
•Accurately process customer transactions such as oders, quotes, etc..
•Provide accurate info. regarding availability of in-stock items.
•Obtain accurate information from vendors relating to shipment dates and expected date of delivery.
•Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.
•Provide after sales service to customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any problems.
•Perform ad hoc duties as required from time to time.

•Knowledge of logistics, including carriers, shipping policies and procedures.
•General knowledge of ISO 9001 policies, especially relating to the position.
Job qualification:
•Product knowledge / oilfield applications experience required
•Knowledge of down hole tools, drill pipe and tubulars drill collars, roller reamers, hole openers, fishing and handling tools.
•Relevant knowledge of API/TH Hill DS1, NS, inspection standards, API Specifications and INCO terms.
•Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
