Working in collaboration and cooperation as a team member of the company and facilities management including:
• Ensure that all tasks individually and collectively the team is completed as scheduled, on time and on budget.
• Report regularly Manager, Facilities Management in all matters of maintenance, maintenance and repair of all third-party assets and properties owned by Emaar, and the recreation center.
• Raise sensitive issues and / or complex related to facilities manager, facility management to ensure that issues are raised quickly to allow the company to take appropriate measures to remedy the situation and / or provide appropriate solutions.
• Work with the Management Company to provide facilities in the condition of the building systems and infrastructure are ready to install and operate the equipment and to provide construction services in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Take the initiative and contribute to the process of Continuous Improvement Department.
• Keep an accurate record of all tasks related to maintenance, recreational facilities.
• Work with internal and external suppliers to get the best service for the company and ensure that preventive maintenance programs and appropriate staffing levels are maintained.
• Ensure that all recreational opportunities are offered to the standards Fri Emaar and as with the agreed policies and procedures.
• Provide spare parts, tools and equipment needed for relatively short messages.
• Clearly document the steps taken to diagnose the problem as reported to provide an audit trail of activities and as a model for solving problems in the future.
• Relevant tertiary education in engineering / architecture with at least four years experience in operations management comparable facilities.
• Effective communication and appropriate skills for personal interaction to reach agreement in a complex work environment.
• facilitation of effective analysis / problem solving, planning, Facility Management Skills
• Ability to gather, collect information and prepare reports.
• Strong problem analysis, solving and research skills.
• Ability to interact tactfully and effectively with suppliers of facilities, maintenance engineers.
• Excellent computer skills
