The elaboration of proposals on the prices of all single-family and multifamily residential projects and offices for sale or rent.
- Downloading data for the property master database (prices, areas, types of units, etc.) in time for the launch of the product based on the deployment of sales.
- Prepare regular reports to analyze the performance of projects undertaken in light of the business development needs
- Revision of prices in the light of prevailing market conditions
- Turn the knowledge of the market by following the release of projects by competitors, and gathering information from various sources (publications, sales centers, etc..)
- Prepare regular reports to highlight the competition for new projects published by competition and new information on existing projects that will be available during this period.
- Support Development Project for the potential of examining the assumptions and the economic part of each project
- Meeting with department heads on a regular basis to review progress on goals and constantly updates the functional and real progress in the plans
- Review the objectives and the monthly reports through the audit - to create a monthly basis in an Executive Report details the results of progress MBO business plans.
- Develop and maintain management systems, including reports and controls.
- Develop and maintain a system of corporate governance.
Skills
- Strong Corporate Finance Fund.
- Experience in real estate in Saudi Arabia.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a strategic / analytical.
- The applicant must be comfortable with numbers and able to perform different types of analysis.
- Ability to work as a team is essential for the role
- Advance knowledge of the Excel application for financial modeling and valuation of companies is necessary.
- Advance skills in MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
