Essential Requirements:

Job Purpose:
-- To formulate Sales & Marketing strategies for the product and lead the team to ensure effective implementation of the same for achievement of targets

Principal Accountabilities/ Key Result Areas:
-- Formulate and direct Sales & Marketing strategies, plans and budgets in line with overall business strategy.
-- Achieve sales & marketing targets as per plan and agreed timeline.
-- Contribute to the development of the product concept and pricing and decide on policy matters such as marketing approach, target segments, product mix and packaging in conjunction with Marketing/ Sales Managers.
-- Contribute ideas on product differentiation, brief the CEO and Development team on market changes, competitor activities and recommend changes in strategy to respond to changing conditions.
-- Monitor implementation of Sales & Marketing plan on a continuous basis, make appropriate decisions to correct deviation from plan and guide the sales managers to respond effectively and quickly to any change in business environment.
-- Review the collections situation to ensure collections are made as per plan and take corrective measures in case of delays.
-- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key external contacts (including key customers) to facilitate business.
-- Motivate the Sales & Marketing teams, act as coach and mentor and develop the team to perform to their best potential.
-- Create the desired brand image for the product in the market by working together with other relevant functions and departments towards this aim.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

-- Degree in a business oriented discipline with an MBA or equivalent qualification in Business Management preferable. Good understanding and knowledge of the real estate business and the market(s) under purview. Around 10 years experience in Sales and Marketing relevant to the property or real estate function.
-- Experience:
-- At least 5 years in marketing director role within professional services environment. Strong leadership and consensus building skills; marketing management and strategic planning experience; a proven track record in developing and administering a marketing program-- Required Skills:
-- Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with attorneys at all levels in the organization. Polished presentation and interpersonal skills. Must possess top level business
management, interpersonal, and facilitation skills. Needs good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
-- Special Skills:
-- Background in legal marketing, Leadership, team building and inter-personal skills, self-motivated, customer-oriented and Superior communication skills.
