-Preparation and Documentation for meetings.
-Coordination & Correspondence with various project stakeholders.
-Operating a project management software
-Filing, Printing & Documentation of correspondence and drawings
-Travel and meeting arrangements.
-Minutes from internal meetings.
-Reports & Presentations.
-Write-up for portal and publications
-Invoice processing and follow up.
-Follow up with support departments like legal, finance, sourcing, communication etc.
-Any other special tasks

Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:   
-Excellent computer knowledge in general and specifically in Microsoft Office Products
-Good in negotiation and problem-solving skills.
-Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
-Time Management.
-Record keeping & Documentation
-Ability to work independently & under pressure
