Have a bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences with specialization in VB.Net/SQL Server/Advance Level MS Excel/Operational Tasks
1 Year(Have 1-2 years of experience in relevant field)
Regularly maintain (backup and recover) Database
Maintain existing applications and responsible for new software development
Conceptualize, design & implement MIS reports as per management information needs
Assist in data-related projects
Timely execute customer requests and complaints
Timely coordinate and follow up with IT for resolution of Siebel, provisioning & technical issues
Execute assigned workload via CRM and supporting mediums and completion of tasks independently and with minimum supervision
Handle customer complaints via CRM, emails and helplines
Maintain and analyze data in excel sheets for workload assessment and error reporting
Analyze and highlight system issues while performing assigned tasks
- Should have good communication skills
- Should have analytical approach & skills
- Should have a strong acumen of MS Office & Excel
- Should be well versed with software Development and Database Administration
- Should have working experience with Siebel/ SQL Server
- Should be motivated and task oriented with the ability to manage and adapt to change
