Hold a Masters degree preferably with majors in Finance and/or Business Analysis
3 Years(Have at least 3-5 years of job relevant experience; experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics in Telecom sector will be preferred)
Analyze products & services and developing an insight of service behavior and its users
Suggest direction to grow the services based on data analysis and evaluations of previous trends
Forecast VAS services and monitoring KPIs for them
Prepare business cases, concept documents, pricing papers for the services
Analyze and report existing and new services on daily basis
- Should possess strong business reporting and analysis skills
- Should possess strong Project management and development skills
- Should be proficient in MS Excel, Project, Power point and Access
- Should be able to handle pressure and deliver under strict time lines
- Should possess strong Interpersonal skills as the position involves lot of coordination with the stake holders
- Should be innovative and motivated enough to take up work challenges
- Should be a highly efficient individual with a positive attitude
