Hold a LLB / LLM degree
2 Years(Have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience)
Review/vet and draft various Agreements, MOU, financing documents
Review/draft letters and notices related to Contractual issues
Responsible for endorsing the reviewed agreements
Draft and present legal opinions for all contractual matters to various departments
Research all legal matters and drafting Memos
Contract Management as and when required
- Should possess knowledge of the legal framework
- Should have good drafting skills
- Should be a team player
- Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Should be proficient in MS Office
