To support Business Segment Manager in managing the SME, Corporate, SOHO & M2M Segments and ensure growth / profitability in each segment
Key Responsibilities:
Profit and Loss of the SME, Corporate, SOHO & M2M business
Ensuring that the GA, Net Add and market / revenue share targets are delivered upon without any compromise on churn and ARPU levels
Development of tactical plan to align overall business strategy with on ground teams
Develop and maintain segment business plan
Work on commercial development of current and future products, services and processes on the SME / Corporate, SOHO & M2M roadmap
Collection management and ensuring that bad debts do not exceed company stipulated levels
Coordination among business stake holders to ensure smooth conduct of business.
Monitor and report segment performance and status according to standard reporting procedure
Timely Reporting of all business segment KPI's to Top management and business stake holders
Analysis of customer trends and devising products / campaigns to achieve all KPI.
Conduct competitive analysis of products (SWOT) & propose necessary measures to increase sales, ARPU & decrease churn
Monitor product life cycle and propose refinement (pricing, customer support, channel etc)
Development / Execution of campaigns in coordination with all stake holders.
Development / Execution of BTL marketing campaign for respective business segments
Responsible for developing, implementing all elements of marketing mix of products assigned
Responsible for product wise results (GA, ARPU,churn etc)
Looking for new business opportunities to grow the market and Telenor's share of subscribers / revenue.
Sales Channel expansion and development for business segment
Push for and be responsible for coordinating implementation of optimal and efficient processes for the respective products across different departments
Participate in operational development of portfolio and offering
