• Provide comprehensive explanation to new car owners about the vehicle.
• Provide a premium customer experience.
• Work as part of a cohesive customer focused team.
Key Individual Responsibilities
• Schedule handover appointments in coordination with the sales department.
• Conduct task according to the handover process.
• Explain to clients all technical and non-technical car related topics.
• Conduct test drives with clients when required.
• Participate in new product trainings.
• Maintain high knowledge of vehicle operational features and latest innovations.
• Study and pass all on-line product tests.
• Be prepared to handover a vehicle outside to company when required.
• Be prepared to participate in product exhibitions and sales events.
Coordination
• Coordinate with team members within department
• Coordinate with responsible persons in PC-Sales and After-Sales departments.
• Graduate with a post high school degree.
• Minimum 2 year relevant automotive experience is a plus.
• Read & write Arabic & English fluently.
• Transferable residence
• Salary as per automotive sector standards
