Key Performance Areas
• Ensure internal communications is coordinated and makes a positive contribution to the execution of the business strategy.
• Manage and enhance existing internal communications channels that include electronic and print, entailing article writing, editing and production, ensuring they remain relevant and appealing.
• Manage bank relationship with the media both proactively and reactively to enhance the profile of Bank, ensuring consistency and integrity.
• Manage the messaging and content of the Bank website and intranet.
Rate R 200 -300/per hour.
Qualifications, experience & knowledge
• B. degree or Diploma in Communications
• 4-6 years experience in a Marketing /Communications environment-essential
• Public Relations Knowledge-essential
• Internal Communications Knowledge-essential
• Knowledge of events management
• Sponsorships management
• Media knowledge
• Computer Literacy
