We are looking for someone who is burgeoning with experience billing in a clearing and forwarding of the environment. Good communication skills are required as the person would have to keep in touch with the operational teams on the branches. It is important that the person to be patient and be a self starter, someone who is able to plan their days to accommodate all requests from branches. Attention to detail is of paramount importance and a member of the team must follow the procedures of care.
Qualifications / Experience
IMM
Exposure to billing
Good knowledge of accounting (debtors, creditors, cash book, Journals, General Ledger reconciliations)
A good knowledge of Excel
Knowledge and experience in the transportation industry is essential
WORK REQUIREMENTS
Helping Johannesburg and Durban branch
Compile the C & F Invoices
Assignment of vendor invoices
Request for EFT / Cheque
Recon of WIP
Contact with branches
Adhere to policies and procedures
Ad-hoc
