Assessment and Strengthening Program (ASP) RSPN
is looking for the energetic, well experienced and dedicated
professional, for one of its 5 years program ending October 2015. The
program envisage close and continuous interaction with complex
Government organizations, Civil Society Organization and Chartered
Accountant firms in all the three important functions like Assessment,
Capacity Building and Validation. Applications along with CV are invited

Program Officer - Assessment Capacity Building and Validation (Karachi. Sindh)
Required Qualification and Experience
Master's degree in Social Sciences preferable Finance. Business Administration and Economics
-Have at least 7 years of experience in working at a similar position.
-Experience in institutional development Capacity Building of Government & Civil Society organization.
-Have experience of working with the government. -Knowledge of financial management, procurement systems and administrative management.
-Experience in public policy, development sector etc. Is desirable
-Prior work experience on USAID projects would be a plus
