To assist management in overseeing all phases of construction, including manpower, material, and equipment with strong financial & analytical background.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Review and study BOQs, drawings and specifications prepared by the consultant and provide technical inputs.
- Evaluate quotations and negotiate with sub-contractors to carry out activities on all phases of project completion within budgetary parameters
- To check quality & quantity of work
- Responsible for proper administration of construction contracts and for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses.
- Ensure that appropriate safety measures are adopted at construction sites
- Tracks and controls construction schedule and associated costs
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- BE (Civil / Mechanical) having Certification or Diploma in Project Management (preferable)
- 7-10 years of experience with at least 3 years managerial level experience in new commercial project construction
