REQUIRED CONSULTANT FOR CONSTRUCTION WORK
Applications are invited from Consultant for the construction work at CPSP Regional Centre Multan.
Only such Consultants/Firms having specialized knowledge of designing & construction of offices/ commercial buildings and residential villas need to apply with the following supporting documents which must reach the undersigned within two weeks of the publication of advertisement.
* Name, permanent Address, Telephone and Fax Numbers.
* Partnership Deed/Articles of Association in case of Company/Limited Firm with Power of Attorney.
* List of similar projects executed with cost and completion period etc.
* Satisfactory completion certificates from Clients.
* Ditto with list of works in hand.
o Proof of financial standing duly supported with balance sheets for last 3 years and amount of credit available.
o Proof of registration with Income Tax Department along with a certificate of up-to-date payment of Income Tax.
o Certificate of registration with Pakistan Engineering Council as a Consultant Company.
o An Affidavit that the Firm is not or has not been in litigation with their Clients or blacklisted with any Client.
o Local firms will be preferred.
