Qualifications and Experience:
·         Education based Project Management Degree (Preferably Masters) from a reputable university.
·         10 years of experience of working as a Project Manager in Education Preference will be given to an individual having working experience in the development of education centre.
·         Sound knowledge of rural land acquisition regulations protocols and culture.
·         Knowledge of all relevant workplace Health and Safety legislations.
·         Computer literate with Proficiency in Microsoft Project or Prim avers Sure Track or Contractor.
·         Thorough understanding of public policy and financial planning procedures.’
·         Proven Communication, interpersonal team building and leadership skills.
·         Experience in multi-stakeholder environment with management skills.
·         Demonstrate approach to work that is characterized by professional aptitude, time management skills and driven by values such as motivation, honesty. Fairness and flexibility.
