Project Manager
Your responsibilities:

Your profile:
(10)            Bachelors Degree in Electrical I Electronics I Mechanical Engineering
(11)            A minimum of 5-7 years Project Management experience
(12)            Exceptional communication and liaison skills
(13)            Ability to travel I relocate and work at project sites internationally
(14)            Experience of working in multicultural environment will be an added advantage
Contract & Claim Manager
Your responsibilities:
(15)            Disciplinary and functional lead of the Contract and Claim Management segment
(16)            Contract and Claim Management process and tool ownership for the unit
(17)            Coaching, and mentoring of Project Management in Contract and Claim management strategies
(18)            Development and implementation of training program for contract managers and project management teams
(19)            Coaching of the project teams in contract and claim management area, including risk management, claim strategy development claim defense and enforcement, etc.
(20)            Supporting development of the supplier and partner contracts in coordination with procurement (e.g. back-to-back clauses, etc.)
(21)            Systematic application of project contract analysis workshops and development of claim management strategies in coordination with project teams
(22)            Identification, preparation, and execution of claims, including participation in negotiations, with an objective of improving project results
(23)            Close coordination with Legal Division on legal issues. Also with Legal Department of Siemens Pakistan
(24)            Risk management support specifically in implementation of risk management workshops
(25)            Project claim reporting
Your profile:
(26)            University Degree in commercial or technical area
•5-6 years of contract and claim management experience with a leading organization in contract management capacity
(27)            Contract law experience
(28)            In-depth understanding of risk management in project environment
(29)            Project execution experience in large projects
