We
seek an enthusiastic and technically skilled Development Expert that
can support the Development Manager, and that will take part in the
change process and ensure that changes are developed in an optimal
manner. The Development Expert will also be responsible for monthly KPI
reporting for changes to Change Manager.
MSc or equivalent in computer science or related field; related work experience can compensate for formal education requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Gathered all the details for a change or project from customers
Finalize and lock the customer requirements
Create functional and technical requirement documents and get signed-off from customers
Analysis change requests (with in KPI timelines)
Update e-ServiceDesk with the status and documentation.
Coordinate with Development Manager and Change Manager
Coordinate with Vendors
Perform/ coordinate testing activities with end users
Ensure development and architectural standards are being followed during the development of new services and changes
Ensure that functionality is according to function and technical requirements
Coordinate with Service Manager to handover changes to line for support
Analyze if change can be developed internally by service line
Can support project related activities
Monitor progress in light of SLAs with customers
Participate in Change Board meetings
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
Good understanding of ITIL processes
Strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken
Experience with working in multinational teams
Be service oriented and customer focused
The following qualifications will be considered an advantage:
ITIL Foundation Training and certificate
Exposure to working with
Good understanding of Service oriented architecture (SOA)
Knowledge of Oracle IAM, Oracle SOA, Oracle WebLogic and Oracle Database
Project Management Training and Certification
