Our client, a leading Saudi Investment Bank, has a
proven track record in brokerage, asset management and advisory services.They adhere to the highest standards of Shariah compliance and are supervised by a Shariah Supervisory Board and seek to be pioneers in the field of Shariah-compliant investment services. Their
Private Equity Division needs a CFO for one of their
portfolio companies to manage the company's finance
function and annual budgeting process to prepare the
company for IPO. 
Responsibilities:
Manage relationship with investors.
Manage on-going relationships with banks.
Develop a formal budgeting process with the CEO.
Develop a monthly financial performance dashboard with
the CEO.
Oversee the recruiting, development, training and
evaluation of own staff.
Assess the company's financing needs and identify
suitable funding sources.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or related fields.
At least 10-15 years of finance experience, 5 of which
must be in a leadership role.
Strong managerial skills ERP experience advantage.
