Our client is seeking the competent services of a Talent Manager to be responsible for overall talent management and stategy within a Structural Engineering Sector.
- Industrial Psychology or equivalent Degree AND MUST have majored in Human Resource Development- ESSENTIAL
- Must have a minimum or 10 years relevant professional experience- ESSENTIAL
- Must be professionally registered with SABPP-ESSENTIAL
- Must have knowledge of SAQA, NQF. LRA, BCEA, Skill Development Act, Employment Equity Act and other revelevant acts-ESSENTIAL
Ability to understand and articulate the strategic value of integrated Talent Management
processes with a strong business acumen
· Understanding of enterprise software, particularly HRIS and other Talent Management
technologies (e.g., Recruiting, Performance Management, Learning Management,
Succession Management)
· Strong writing skills including the ability to synthesize information into clear, concise
messages both for detailed analytical reports and executive summaries.
· Effective verbal communication including the ability to relate well with others and ability
to adapt style as needed.
