Flame Health Optometry Division is currently seeking a career driven Assistant Senior Optical want to go to the next step in his career, becoming an optical assistant. The selected candidate will work for more than two practices in Kingston upon Thames and Putney. This is a fantastic opportunity with leading optical groups, which has extensive experience in developing and providing excellent career paths for individuals through a recognized training and development channels.
This unique oppotunity the career ladder, offering the right candidate the chance to become a practice manager within a latent period of nine months. The role of self will be more than two practices, including Kingston Upon Thames and Wandsworth. You will be responsible for running the front of the house and is expected to assist the store manager with operations tasks other store to get excellent customer service, financial goals and business objectives.
The role
* Compatible with the recruitment and induction of new employees
* Ensure that all customer complaints are handled effectively and efficiently
* Provide a vision of leadership in the store is in line with company vision and values
* Discuss and set goals for business with the store manager
* Understand and motivate staff home before to get results
* Create a culture of "customer first" in-store

* A constant positive feedback from customers
* Ensure that all business objectives are met or exceeded F
* Ronta of the house have the right people at the right place at the right time
* All employees are effectively managed and supported by their own learning and development
