This position is responsible for developing, implementing, coordinating policies and programs, which cover the following: employment, wages and salary administration, benefits administration, training, insurance and health benefits and job performance. Provide strategic and operational support for all HR related services consistent with the policies and procedures and according to the instructions of management. Communication with the functional or operational managers to develop and implement local labor market that fit the needs of customers, but consistent with the overall organization of human resources strategy.
Qualification and Experience
At least 12 years of age or applicable work experience in heavy industry and the extractive industries (oil and gas, mining, etc.), the industry would be better.
Work experience and international corporations and live, work and travel experience is a great advantage.
A bachelor's degree in human resources. However, a Masters in Business Administration in the related field is required
