BUITEMS looks for services of professionals for the following (Regular/ Contract) work who can promote training and analysis programs of the university:
Director Human being Source Development
Design, development and rendering of enterprise exercising programs in the areas of specialist development and general worker development
Establish performance targets, discovering benefits, and evaluation tools, utilizing established training concepts and style concepts.
Develop combined, helpful setting based instructions and E-Learning programs.
Identify exercising needs and perform necessary analysis to measure exercising impact on all amounts.
Serve as a associate and active engage in the central discovering function – provide support to further the enterprise learning/development plan.
Consistent and ongoing development and facilitation of established program.
Skills and particular knowledge requirements
Demonstrated capability to operationalize exercising best methods.

Required Least Degree and Experience
First class Master’s degree in Business Current administration (MS/ PhD preferred) or similar from HEC approved company / college.
Experience in training Design, Training and Progression, Business, or Human being Resources,
Minimum of 10 years of exercising content development and shipping practical knowledge for helpful setting, e-learning and combined exercising programs.
Strong skill with Learning Current administration Systems (LMS) and E-Learning programs and style concepts are favorite.
Ability to Lover / effect key stakeholders in both field and enterprise configuration settings.
Advanced published and oral interaction knowledge are a must for the successful selection, as is the capability to custom shipping and the mobility to adapt to obstacle in a helpful setting setting.

Experience Accreditations as per CV must be linked with software.
Candidate already in service must submit an application through proper direct and necessary to connect No Argument Document with software.
