Outline Job Description:
 Provide authority, perspective, and management to IT department
 Be in charge of the overall technological innovation facilities & Enterprise Application Progression for the organization.
 Engage in Person management events and translate/execute company into
 Manage changes to the IT ideal plan semi-annually
 Hold common retail events to review goals and assignments, offering team development and growth possibilities for staff
 Handle Squads (Helpdesk/Infrastructure & Enterprise App Dev)
 Handle planning and rendering of IT assignments within opportunity, budget, and period of time to support company
 Improve guidelines and procedures for department
 Meet with professionals to talk about requirements, requirements and timelines
 Control costs for office and for project
 Ensure profitable DR and copy during exercises and actual life scenarios
 Train workers on uses of technology
 Make referrals for the purchase of new hardware/software
 Normal coverage directly to the CEO and committees
Candidate Profile:
 Strong IT practical knowledge (10 Years Minimum) - both hands on specialized experience and good business understanding in Financial Technology Area.
 Should have least 3-5 a lot of practical knowledge of similar Resource Current administration organization.
 Should have worked with both Small-Mid Size companies to larger Corporations.
 Having the right mix of facilities knowledge on Enthusiasm Program and program development, Venture Current administration techniques.
 Should have excellent interaction knowledge to be able to handle inner teams and exterior companies, third events, companies.
 Knowledge of telephone, email and internet applications, system techniques, system administration and system set up, trouble shooting, and hardware/software applications and techniques.
