17-20 years' relevant experience of Operational /Disaster Management/ Administration in a reputed organization with maximum age limit upto 55 years.
2. Deputy Director Organizational Development (Equivalent to BPS-1S)
MBA with specialization in Management/HR I Masters in Organizational Development from HEC
Recognized Institution.
7-10 years’ relevant experience in a reputed organization with maximum age limit jpto45 years.
3. Deputy Director Human Resources (Equivalent to BPS- IB)
MBA with specialization in HRM from HEC Recognized Institution.
7-10 years’ relevant experience in a repulsed organization with maximum
4. Deputy Director Watsan (Equivalent to BPS- IB)
Bachelors’ in Civil/Mechanical Engineering lroma HEC Recognized
7-10years relevant experience in a reputed organization with maxima
Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Public Hea
and Water Plant Projects.
5 Deputy Director Finance (Equivalent to BPS-18)
Qualified CA(ICMA/ACCA/MBAM Comfram HEC Recognized Institution
7-10 years’ relevant experience in a reputed organization with maximum age limit upto 4 5 years.
Deputy Director Humanitarian Values/Communications (Equivalents BPS-18)
Masters in Mass Communication/Journalism/Social Sciences from HEC Recognized Institution.
7-10 years' relevant experience in a reputed organization with maximum age limit uplo 45 years.
7. Deputy Director Blood Donor Center (Equivalent to BPS -1B)
M.B.B.S from PMDC Recognized institution.
7-10 years' relevant experience in a reputed organization with maximum age limit upto 45years.
Preference will be given to candidates having specialization in Haematology/ Pathology/MPH/MSc Medical
8 Personal Secretary (Equivalent to BPS -18)
MBA with specialization in Management/Masters in Social Sciences from HEC Recognized Institution. 10-1Syears' relevant experience in are pulled organization with maximum age limit upto 50 years
9 First Aid Coordinator(EquivalenttoBPS-18)
M.B.B.S from PMDC Recognized Institution.

10. Assistant Director Health (Equivalent to BPS-17)

11. Assistant Director Marketing 8 Fundraising (Equivalent to BPS-17)
MBA with specialization in Marketing from HEC Recognized Institution. 4-5 years relevant experience in a reputed organization with maximum age Preference 11 be given to candidates having experience in Fund raising
12. Assistant Director Logistics (Equivalent to BPS-17)
