& exchange commission of Pakistan (SECP), the board of KSE has constituted a regulatory affairs committee under which the regulatory affairs department (RAD) will operate. The RAD will be headed by the chief regulatory officer (CRO) who is required to discharge the following functions:

·        the CRO, being the head of RAD, shall oversee the functioning of the department in accordance with the segregation plan
·        the CRO shall report to the regulatory affairs  committee(RAC)
·        the CRO shall be responsible for monitoring, compliance and enforcement of the SECP and KSE rules and regulations which over, amongst other areas, trading right Entitlement certificate(TREC) holders affairs: listed companies affairs: investors complaints, arbitration and litigation; surveillance, monitoring and risk management related to all trading activities.
·        The CRO shall be responsible for liaison between the KSE and the SECP of regulatory matters

The aspiring candidate needs to be a member of any national or international professional accounting body or master of business administration or law graduate from a recognized university/institution monitoring and enforcement of capital market/financial market/corporate regulations.
