• A mid-level professional, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Public Administration, Political Science, Sociology, Statistics or other relevant academic fields.
7 Years(a minimum of 7 years of relevant progressively responsible work experience.)

The Programme Officer (e-Learning) will be required to work closely with the LEAs under Ministry of Narcotics Control, Ministry of Interior, Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) Secretariat and the Provincial Police departments.

Responsibilities
Under the overall supervision of the UNODC Representative, the Programme Officer (e-Learning) will report to the Programme Management Officer, to undertake the following substantive duties and responsibilities:
1. Lead in the planning, organization and implementation of all outputs and activities related to e-Learning which cut across outcomes 1-4 of the CP,2. Act as focal point on the development of e-Learning modules, initiate and supervise the adaptation process including language translation, quality assurance of scripts, piloting of modules, and deployment of final product at the e-Learning centers,3. Obtain preliminary information from sites receiving e-Learning; undertake equipment needs assessments; liaise with counterpart agencies regarding approvals; initiate the fit-out of e-Learning centers; hire services for the installation of equipment in e-Learning centers,4. Organize formal hand-over of equipment, manage distribution and installation of equipment, software and organize necessary training to each agencys e-Learning Site Managers,5. Provide ongoing support to e-Learning centers for complex technical issues, conduct missions to e-Learning centers for troubleshooting,6. Work with the UNODCs Training Managers to assist agencies in aligning e-Learning course with agencies mandates and operational priorities, create awareness among agencies senior management and take appropriate measures to integrate e-Learning into agencies training plans,7. Raise awareness with counterpart law enforcement agencies in Pakistan of e-Learning programme objectives and strategies, of their obligations and inputs and act as UNODC focal point on the programme for counterpart agencies,8. Manage and lead a team of support staff, drafting their work plans and monitoring their outputs,9. Contribute expertise towards the collection of data, for monitoring and evaluation; facilitate programme monitoring and evaluation, oversight functions and provide regular updates relating to programme implementation to help prepare UNODCs ProFi based and internal reports,
10. Any other duties as identified by the senior management.
