2. Qualifications:
a. Teachers: MA (Urdu, Pakistan Studies, lslamiyat and English). B Ect/M Ed will be preferred.
b. DPE: BNBSc with Diploma in Physical Education.
c. Librarian: BA/BSc with Diploma in Library Science, Master in Library and Information
Science will be preferred.
3. Submission of Applications: CV alongwith 2 (two) passport size photographs, duly attested
copies of testimonials and CNIC should reach GM (Education) Fauji Foundation, 68 Tipu Road
Chakiala Rawalpindi Cantt Post Box No. 216, latest by 28 Nov 2012, covering following:-
a. Fathers name, Date of Birth and results from Matric to MA (Bio Data Form is available
on web site).
b. Clearly mention the stations (at least three) in order of priority for posting on selection.
4. SelectIon Procedure: Only short listed candidates will be called for written test and those
passing the test will be called for interview. Venue for test! interview would be communicated through
call letters.
5. Service/Financial Benefits:
30 Years contract or 60 years of age, whichever is earlier.
Approximate Gross Salary Rs. 298001- in big cities and Rs. 28800/ ¡n small cities.
10 days casual leave, 15 days sick leave, 42 days maternity leave (for female). 1/30th of duty
days equal to earned leave.
. Annual increment, Gratuity, Earned Leave Encashment, EOAB, Group Insurance.
. Salary of DPE and Librarian is equal to teachers pay.
