Hold a CA (Inter) / ACCA / CIMA degree with articles completed; preferably with Project Management Institute certification (PMP)

3 Years(Have Three to Five years of relevant work experience in the areas of information system development, implementation and operations of ERP, point of sales and other information system / software’s and applications, etc. Experience with Telecommunication Operator(s) will be preferred.)

    Organize and prioritize multiple complex projects
    Facilitate the definition of projects' scope, goals and deliverable
    Oversee the impacts and inter dependencies between projects and working to ensure initiatives meet the goals and objectives of the projects.
    Report about the project portfolio, status and resource planning
    Develop full scale project plans, where required, holding regular status meetings with project team(s) and providing both verbal and written communications regarding project status, risks and issues
    Create and execute project work plans and revisions as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
    Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
    Plan and schedule project timelines and tracking project deliverable using appropriate tools
    Ensure that all projects are proceeding according to timelines, meeting targets and expectations, and adhering to established operating parameters; negotiates changes in project resources as necessary to achieve objectives and timelines
    Manage daily operational aspects of a project and scope
    Identify resources needed and assigning individual responsibilities
    Develop/Communicate project management standards and best practices and effectively applying and enforcing project standards to minimize Company's exposure and risk on projects
    Provide support to project team
    Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders and presenting reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
    Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
    Perform project evaluations and assessment of results
    Undertake other tasks, as assigned
    Should possess working knowledge of theoretical and practical techniques and tools of project management
    Should be aware of new and emerging technologies and the potential applications for the company including application programming, database and system design and Internet, Intranet, Extra-net and client/server architectures
    Should have the ability to meet deadlines under pressure on continuing basis
    Should be proficient in operating MS Office
