An MBA degree (LUMS or IBA) / CA with Finance Operations (Collections & Distribution) as area of specialization
10 Years(Minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant field (Financial reporting & control, Logistics & supply chain process)-Telecom/FMCG experience will be preferred)
Support Commercial teams (Sales, Marketing & Customer Service) in achieving their target from Finance side

Monitor financial activities with regards to operations and reporting thereof of all the distribution channels of the company
Monitor franchisee commission validation and disbursement
Innovate to automate the operations function for efficiency and Control
Ensure adherence and improving the company KPIs with regards to Operations
Develop an end to end reporting module with ability of predictive analysis
Ensure a culture of transparency, teamwork, innovations, team development and grooming.
Should have sound project management skills
Should be an excellent team player with out of the box thinking
