MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead and manage a large multi-disciplinary programme team to successfully deliver the programme in accordance with policies, procedures, systems and requirements approved by the Company.
· Develop, implement and monitor the overall programme budget and schedule
· Health, Safety and Environmental performance
· Commercial negotiation and strategic management of contractors
· Client liaison and management
· In conjunction with direct reports and with direction from Human Resources responsible for the day to day management of KBR staff.
· Internal KBR reporting and project management requirements
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
· Minimum of 15 years of experience in related projects with an average of 20+ years which includes several years of experience in a Senior Project Manager and/or Program Director roles.
· Undergraduate degree in Engineering
· Preferably Chartered or Professional Engineer
· Sound knowledge of all commercial and engineering aspects of major civil and infrastructure projects with 5+ years in rail projects
· Excellent report writing and communication skills
· Experience of major projects in the Middle East
· Managed teams of 50+
