Qualification : Bachelor or Master Degree in Lab Related discipline coupled with management qualification preferably MBA.
Skills: Must have good written & verbal communication, staff Management Software’s, Familiar with Quality Assurance Program, Financial Management ISO, JCIA and other external quality systems.
Experience: 5-8 Years technical and managerial experience
Brief Job Responsibilities
1) To maintain uncompromising quality standards of pathology Laboratory.
2) Mentor the Team Development, Teaching & Training.
3) Interactions with patients / attendants for resolving complaints.
4) Implement best practice and process improvement.
5) Facilitate to meet the budget resource and timeline.
6) Actively involved in the development and validation of analytical methods.
7) Ensure the availability of test list and to look for alternatives if required.
8) Checking and monitoring the QC & QA program.
9) Ideation and design in order to acquire state of the art technology for Pathology test.
10) Check and review standard operating procedure as required.
11) The incumbent should be able to manage laboratory services in accordance with the best quality practices.
