Career Opportunities
Dairy and Rural Development Foundation (DRDF) is implementing the Dairy Project (funded by USA1D and other support institutions) to improve livestock productivity and livelihoods of rural communities mainly in South Punjab. Currently DRDF is seeking applications against the following positions:
Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Coordinator
M&E Coordinator will be required to support M&E Manager in implementing M&E Plan; ensure that M&E Plan and related protocols/procedures are properly followed by field teams; assist field teams in collecting accurate data, monitor field activities, manage project data and present it effectively, coordinate with M&E staff in the field offices, and prepare reports on progress of the project. Location: Lahore (with frequent travel throughout the Punjab).
Qualification: Master's Degree in Social Sciences/Business Administration or equivalent.
Experience and skills: At least three year experience of M&E in development sector. Candidates must have good analytical, quantitative and communication skills.
Data Entry Operator
Data Entry Operator will be required to enter the project data in MS Excel/M&E Database and provide support to M&E Officer in data management and other IT related matters.
Location: Initially Hasilpur (subsequent relocation to anywhere in Punjab)
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree with diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
Experience and skills: At least I year experience as Data Entry Operator. Candidates should have excellent skills in data entry, and Microsoft Office (particularly MS Excel), etc.
