The Health Foundation (THF) aims to create awareness and promote
management of various diseases in general public, with an initial
special emphasis on viral Hepatitis. THF has set its target towards awareness, prevention, collaboration, treatment and management of viral Hepatitis in the general public.
We need an outstanding CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO) to manage the organization according to the goals set by the Board. To apply for this position, you must have the following competencies:
- MBBS, MBA with 5-8 years experience and at least 2 years experience in similar position
- Excellent written and spoken English with good presentation and communication skills
- Highly strategic in thinking. Strong negotiation skills
- Able to cope with conflicting demands
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize a large workload
- Willing to travel to field locations regularly
He/She will be responsible for:
- Managing and supervising projects/ programmes
- Leading the process of program development to secure consistent and significant flow of funding for THF
- Leading external negotiations related to program development with other donors, development organizations, and private sector agencies
- Strategically evolve and ensure quality standards in programme development and implementation
- Ensure a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the organization
- Strategically guide the brand building of the organization through various communication mediums
- Ensuring that all opportunities pursued are in alignment with the organizational vision, goals, program principles and strategic plan
The ideal candidate should be able to work in partnership with multiple stakeholders' i.e. internal project teams/senior management teams, donor agencies, and government agencies and possess strong financial acumen and strong team management skills and ability to influence all levels.
He/she should be able to work to deadlines, to plan and be systematic along with analytical problem solving skills.
The Position carries excellent salary package with company maintained car and medical cover.
